Lovely 1910 Craftsman home. Very well maintained, with many additional things added since 2017. Vinyl siding, vinyl clad tilt windows. The laundry was moved from the kitchen to a back bedroom (could be a bedroom again, if needed.) Huge pantry added. Tile in the bathroom and new vinyl in the kitchen. Lots of closets, big basement and an attic for storage. The garage is extra deep with shelves and work bench. Beautiful wood floors in almost all rooms. Many craftsman details in the doorways. The gorgeous wrap around porch (my favorite spot) and back porch have a tongue and groove ceiling. I had the 'she shed' built in 2017 for fun, had many meals and card games out there. It's historical also. The front facade is from an 1860's cabin, the screens from an 1860's Stark mansion. The 2 triangular windows from a carriage house from a Stark farm. It has electric. I also added the gravel for extra parking in the back. Vinyl siding in 2018, all new vinyl tilt in windows in 2018. New insulated garage door in 2020.
