Kirkwood Real Estate

Sharon, Broker-Officer of Kirkwood Real Estate, is a graduate of Colorado State University. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 1986 from Washington University in St. Louis. Directly out of law school, Sharon began working in commercial real estate law with the Clayton law firm of Paster, West and Kraner, pc. There she worked on retail, industrial, and office transactions representing buyers, sellers, lenders and brokers in all aspects of real estate transactions and financing.

Initially obtaining her real estate license in 1989, Sharon represented her real estate company, which she owned and operated, in purchasing, selling, rehabbing and leasing properties throughout the metro area. As her family grew, she began her own law practice focusing on property transfers through probate, trust and real estate transactions. In 1999, Sharon became a licensed broker and started Kirkwood Real Estate later incorporating it and becoming Broker-Officer of the licensed corporation. Sharon is also the owner of Kirkwood Homes, Inc.

Growing up in St. Louis, Sharon is intimately familiar with all of the diverse communities that make up the metropolitan area and loves working with old friends and new clients. She is a professional with vast experience in negotiations and has an expert’s grasp of the intricacies of property law and transactional issues. Sharon’s joy in her work is evident in every step from the first meeting to the closing as she helps make her client’s real estate goals a reality.
